Nơi tìm mã sản phẩm và số sê-ri cho Intel® Data Center Systems (Intel® DCS)

Nhân viên hỗ trợ khách hàng (ICS) của Intel cần mã sản phẩm hệ thống và số sê-ri để cung cấp dịch vụ. Mã sản phẩm và Số sê-ri Intel® Data Center Systems (Intel® DCS) có sẵn trên nhãn dán ở bên ngoài khung. Nhãn dán thường có hai mã vạch ở trên cùng. Phía trên mã vạch đầu tiên là mã sản phẩm trong khi số sê-ri của hệ thống nằm trên mã vạch thứ hai. Xem ảnh dưới đây làm ví dụ.

Các phương pháp khác trong việc trích xuất Mã sản phẩm và Số sê-ri Intel® Data Center Systems (Intel® DCS)

  1. Sử dụng Tiện ích Sysinfo qua UEFI.

    Thông tin nằm trong phần Loại 1, Loại 2, Loại 3 được hiển thị trong ví dụ dưới đây:

    1. Tải xuống Tiện ích Sysinfo mới nhất.
    2. Khởi động hệ thống sang UEFI bằng cách nhấn <F6> và chọn EFI Shell.
    3. Sao chép tệp zip không nén vào thư mục cục bộ trên máy chủ của bạn, ví dụ: FS0:\sysinfo.
    4. Chuyển đến thư mục UEFI .
    5. Chạy sysinfo.efi. Thao tác này tạo ra hai tệp nhật ký trong thư mục \Logfiles (sysinfo_log.txt, PCI_log.txt).
    6. Mở sysinfo_log.txt bằng ứng dụng xem văn bản.
  2. Sử dụng tiện ích IPMI trong Hệ điều hành hoặc từ xa
    Ghi Các gói IPMI sẽ cần được cài đặt và kích hoạt trước khi sử dụng lệnh bên dưới.

    Lệnh IPMI cục bộ

    #ipmitool fru print
    Lệnh này ít dài dòng hơn nhiều và nó bao gồm số sê-ri và thẻ tài sản.

    Từ máy chủ từ xa
    # ipmitool -I lanplus -U <YOUR BMC ADMIN USER> -P <BMC PASSWORD -H <IP of TARGET MACHINE> fru print
    Lệnh này giống như trên, nhưng bạn cần biết Địa chỉ IP của hệ thống đích.

  3. Sử dụng bảng điều khiển web BMC, có thể được truy cập từ xa miễn là Địa chỉ IP BMC được định cấu hình hoặc biết và người dùng đã được bật trong BIOS

    Sau khi truy cập, hãy chuyển đến tab Hệ thống->Thông tin FRU.

  4. Tạo nhật ký gỡ lỗi và tải nó lên Server Log Advisor để xác định Mã sản phẩm và Số sê-ri của Hệ thống

Nếu vì lý do nào đó, bo mạch hệ thống đã được thay thế, cần phải cập nhật trường FRU của bo mạch thay thế bằng thông tin FRU trước đó. Điều này là để duy trì bản ghi FRU của cùng một hệ thống khi gọi Intel Customer Support.

Các bước cập nhật FRU có thể được thực hiện trong quá trình cập nhật BIOS/Firmware và thông qua lệnh ipmitool* như hình dưới đây

Số bộ phận sản phẩm / Số TA:
ipmitool -I lanplus -H IP Address -U username -P password -C17 fru edit 0 field p 2 [TA Number]

Phiên bản sản phẩm/Mã sản phẩm:
ipmitool -I lanplus -H IP Address -U username -P password -C17 fru edit 0 field p 3 [Product Code]

Số sê-ri sản phẩm:
ipmitool -I lanplus -H IP Address -U username -P password -C17 fru edit 0 field p 4 [Serial Number]
